Excursions
These trips are for those individuals that are not already part of a group scheme (or for passengers that wish to benefit from trips that their group doesn’t arrange).
Below you will find details of trips / excursions that we have already scheduled, that any eligible passenger can join.
Passengers will be picked up from their home addresses, before embarking on the journey and then returned home afterwards.
There is a fee for each passenger and each trip will require a minimum number of passengers to make the trip viable.
Depending on the trip cost, either a deposit or full payment will be payable, to secure your place on the trip. This is non-refundable, to avoid the trip having to be cancelled due to a sudden drop in passenger numbers, which also causes disappointment to those that still wanted to travel.
If Bath Community Transport cancels the trip, then your payment will be refunded.

*Please note: We are now taking payment for the trips when we call you to confirm your pickup time. This is non-refundable and you will not be able to put the credit towards any future trips. Exceptional circumstances would need to be authorised by the office. The cost above is for transport only. Admission costs etc where applicable, are not included. Some Food venues may also require Pre orders for food choices to be made.
What do I need to do?
Call us on 01225 832317 to register your interest in a trip. You can put your name down for as many as you like but it is not guaranteed you will get on all the trips you have put your name down for.
If there is a trip not listed that you would like to see us operate, get in touch with your suggestion and we’ll look into it.
What will we do?
We will call you about a week before the trip to let you know if you are on that trip. We will make sure the selection is fair, so everyone has an opportunity to go on at least one trip. If a trip is over-subscribed, we will see if we can run it again on another day to give those that couldn’t get on another opportunity.
